It was stated at the 2000 Fall Executive Board meeting that “Bylaws would be written for Regents and submitted at the next Board meeting.”  No mention was made at the 2001 Springmeeting, or evidence of adoption anytime thereafter….but I may have missed it.  The standing rules, policies, procedures appeared in book records May 1997

NvFRW Regents founded 1989 by Shirley Moses and Doris Steiner; Re-Gents by Patsy Pumphrey 1995
Standing Rules – appeared about Fall 2001
April 1997 - Regents budgeted to assist NvFRW member attendance at Biennial in Carson City May 1997.  This is the first year the Regents Program has done this (??). Regents Committee formed: Dottie Winans Miller, Doris Steiner, Janet Emprey, Alice Long, Mary Decker, Gerry Leetch
May 1998 – First (??) “pre-convention Party – hosted by Su Kemper and Ann Thompson. NvFRW Essay contest – winners free trip to NFRW convention – winners Nickie Diersenand Jane Henry
November 1999 – Patsy Pumphrey reported – Jo Marshall coordinated social function; Donna Algier hosted
May 1999 – The report gave a general review of what Regents do
October 2001 – first winners Jo Marshall scholarship announced – 2 awarded ($1,000 each)
October 2002 – winners of scholarship announced – 2 awarded ($1,000 each)
April 2003 – announced there will be 4 scholarships awarded this year; Approved $250 seed money to all new clubs upon receiving of charter
October 2003 – 4 winners announced (2 $1,000; 2 $500)
Spring 2004 - Committee set up to establish reimbursement criteria
October 2004 – A 5th scholarship approved ($500) – for ‘special circumstances’ student, GPA not primary criteria.  Approved request from Su Kemper for up to $5,000 Regent’s funding to support advertizing/publicity for 2004 elections. 
Spring 2005 – Approved reimbursement policy (1/2 room/Up to $150 airfare/registration – for EC members)
